The public enquiry form requests your full name and phone number. Email and a written message are optional. It also records:

• Your enquiry type: course, event or general enquiry.
• The course or event you select, where applicable.
• Your preferred location: Plammoodu Centre, Punnamoodu Centre, Online or Not Sure. A location choice is required for course and general enquiries; it is optional for event enquiries.
• Your consent to be contacted about the enquiry, the page from which it was sent and the submission time.

Staff may record follow-up notes and an enquiry status to manage your request. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry; do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the message field.

2. How enquiry information is used

Your details are used to respond to your request, clarify your interests and discuss relevant classes, learning modes, centre locations, batch availability, fees, schedules or event registration. Contact may be made using the phone number or email you provide.

Course and event enquiries may also be grouped into private weekly reports to help the foundation understand questions and plan follow-up. Lovable AI processes selected course or event interests and message text for these summaries. Contact fields and internal staff notes are excluded, and email addresses and phone numbers detected in messages are removed before processing. Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in messages. Summaries are available only to authorised administrators; AI summaries may contain errors and should be checked against the original enquiries.

The form requires your agreement to be contacted before it can be submitted. This agreement concerns your enquiry; it is not a separate newsletter or advertising subscription. A successful submission opens a thank-you page, but does not itself confirm admission, registration or a booking.

3. Access, service providers and security

Enquiries are not displayed on public pages. The website’s administrative access controls restrict viewing and managing enquiry records to authorised administrators. Hosting, database, authentication and media-storage services support the operation of the website and process information as part of providing those services.

The enquiry form is not a public directory or a tool for selling contact lists. Access controls help protect stored information, but no website or electronic communication can guarantee absolute security. 4. Cookies and browser storage

Administrator sign-in uses browser storage to maintain the signed-in session. Public visitors do not need an administrator account to browse the website or send an enquiry. Browser storage and cookies are different technologies, but both can retain information on your device.

The contact page loads embedded Google Maps, and the site loads externally hosted fonts and image resources. These services receive technical information needed to deliver their content, such as your IP address and browser request details, and may use cookies or other storage under their own policies. This policy does not guarantee that visiting the website is cookie-free.

You can manage cookies and clear site storage in your browser settings. Blocking third-party resources may prevent maps or other resources from loading; clearing sign-in storage may sign an administrator out. 6. Children and parent or guardian enquiries

The site describes learning opportunities for ages 7 and above. A parent or guardian should make enquiries on behalf of a child and provide their own contact details. Include only the child-related information needed to discuss suitable classes; please avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive details.

7. Retention and your choices

Enquiry records support responses and follow-up. A fixed retention period is not specified on this website. Contact the foundation to ask how long your particular information is needed or to request access, correction, deletion, or that further enquiry-related contact stop.

To help locate your enquiry, use the name and contact details originally supplied. The foundation may need to verify that the request relates to you before changing or disclosing a record. Any applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted; this page does not promise a particular response or deletion deadline.
